Advance One Carpet has very nice selection of carpeting and Ryan Morris helped me pick the right carpet for my three upstairs bedrooms and stairway. Because of moving complications I had to change my installation date a couple of times and Ryan was very accommodating. The installers were great. The removal of carpeting from bedrooms, closets and stairs and then the installation of the same on an UPPER floor was a daunting task! I would definitely buy there again.

This is my first ever post but felt compelled to write it because of the experience we had. My wife and I visited this store to actually start our preliminary search for flooring at our lake house in Michigan. Even though we expressed up front that we wouldn't be buying anything for our house here, the manager went above and beyond answering questions and showing us products that we could source locally in Michigan. Even though there was nothing for them to gain, the entire staff was GREAT to work with. They even had a refreshment station for customers!!

Todd C is my go to guy! We were uncertain about which type of carpet to use and the best approach in renovating our home. He was honest, direct, and his wealth of experience gave us so much to think about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family for all their flooring needs!

Sandy's dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied made the entire experience wonderful. It is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing outstanding service. I highly recommend asking for Sandy and would work with her again on future projects. She made the process easy and enjoyable, and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided.
